Return Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 14 days from the date of delivery of the products. Some items are non returnable as explaines in product description.

Once we receive the returned item will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order)and razorpay gateway charges 3% After post verification of the product at our warehouse. Refund shall be processed as per the applicable guidelines / notification / law passed by RBI from time to and it may take 07-14 days additional business days to reflect the same in your account.

For returning or exchanging an item you have to send item back at you cost .

For saving your return items shiping cost you can send us product from cheapest courier service Indian post.

WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERED

In Case Of delivery of wrong product maximum libility of company will refund you full amount with shiping charges

For returning of wrong product you have to send back the items by registered post service

After receiving items back company will refund all amount of order as well as all shiping charges beared by customer

After the refund is approved, amount will be credied within 7-10 days.

Return or exchange is applicable within maximum 1 month after delivery of items

For Damaged Product

For Exchange Of any damaged products you have to provide video of unboxing of item.

and if the exchange is approved, we will dispatch product within 2-3 days
